It is my aim and passion to make quality natural health care accessible to all. \u00a0My rate is currently $60 per consultation<\/strong> (usually 1 hour).\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>

Naturopathic principles are about caring for and supporting the whole person, which necessitates getting to know and respect every client. This means connecting with people. I love that.<\/p>

Being a naturopath is not about being in charge; it is about working in partnership. The naturopath\u2019s knowledge and expertise in their field combines with the client\u2019s goals, vision, knowledge and effort to culminate in improved health and vitality for the client; both parties are rewarded with the achievement of a common goal. We\u2019re in it together.<\/p>

Naturopathy is about supporting autonomy, not perpetuating dependence. There is so much that can be passed on to a client to facilitate their independence regarding achieving and maintaining optimal health. It\u2019s about freedom.<\/p>
